Today, I’m back with a new recipe.
Today’s recipe is “Chicken Tikka Pulao” — a flavorful and aromatic rice dish prepared with tender chicken tikka, fragrant basmati rice, and perfectly balanced spices. This recipe is simple yet delicious, making it ideal for both everyday meals and special occasions. Chicken Tikka Pulao is rich in taste, comforting, and full of traditional flavors that make every bite truly satisfying.

| Whole coriander seeds |
1 teaspoon |
| White cumin seeds |

Cooking Procedure
🔹 Step 1: Boil the Chicken
Take a pot and add the chicken. Add garam masala, onions, whole garlic cloves, and 1 cup of water. Boil until the chicken is fully cooked.
🔹 Step 2: Prepare the Chicken Mixture
Once the chicken is boiled, take a separate bowl. Add corn flour, tikka masala, and yogurt. Add the boiled chicken and mix everything well.
🔹 Step 3: Cook the Rice
In another pot, add oil, white cumin seeds, the chicken stock, coriander, and rice. Cook until the water dries up, then cover and place on low heat for dum (steam cooking).
🔹 Step 4: Fry the Chicken
Take another pan, add oil, and lightly fry the boiled chicken until golden.
🔹 Step 5: Final Assembly
When the rice is ready, add the fried chicken and mix gently. Your delicious recipe is now ready to serve. 🍽️
