This is a street business that is owned by my Aunty and managed by her, her daughter, and me. The business is located at Karu, Federal Capital Territory Abuja close to the Yoruba mosque area in New Karu.

It has been established for a very long time now and it is an everyday business except on Sundays. It is always open from Monday to Saturday, when we usually wake up in the morning to cook the food.

The service of the business is the sale of food, including fast foods, beverages, and heavy foods. People love coming to the place to eat not just because it is closer to the road or on a busy street, but because the food is always yummy and top-notch.

Customers like appreciating my aunt for her cooking skills and how she used to attend to her customers. In the place we accept cash payment, bank transfer, and point of sale payment methods which I am mostly the one acting like the cashier of the business.

My favorite fried item from this stand is pastel and fried plantains which we usually prepare once in a while. I usually feel happy eating pastel and fried plantains because it is my favorite and eating it I feel like someone who has successfully achieved her goal.

✓ Are there any fillings or special products that they don't offer that you would like to see on their menu?

Yes, some special products aren't offered that I would like to see on the menu. I would like to see Afang and Edikang Ikong soup which are both highly nutritious, leafy vegetable soups in the menu.

✓ How would you rate the prices at this stall compared to others in the area: affordable, standard, or slightly higher? From your perspective, do you think the taste and quality of their fried food justify the price?

I would rate the prices at this stall compared to other on the area as affordable as the foods aren't expensive but of high quality. Like I said peoples like coming to the place to eat because of the sweet taste and quality of the food and its affordable price.
