I love your post - Same here, I didn't use to like carrot because of bad experience. We, the Chinese, love to add carrot in soup that taste strange. As a child, I used to hate drinking that kind of soups. Only when I moved to N. American, I gave it a second chance and I really appreciate this root veggie now. Love your creation!
