Have you done any post? If you haven't, join the newcomer community by tapping on community on your dash board and selecting newcomer community which is there for you to see because it is a trending community.
After you must have joined the newcomer community by clicking 'SUBSCRIBE' you begin by introducing yourself which is the first achievement post as a newcomer. see https://steemit.com/hive-172186/@shivamkumar001/compilation-of-achievements-task-post-by-shivamkumar001. it will put you through the necessary achievement posts. Stay updated on the site to get useful information. Everything may not be clear at first instance but with time you will do well
