The Art of Food In Gloria's Cafe HP

Gloria's Cafe HP is the name of my friend's amazing restaurant in the great city of Los Angeles, California. We both grew in this city and we both chose different paths in life but his passion, motivations, and ideas in the kitchen has brought him the wonders of success. The reason I'm writing this is because I will like to share some of his food creations and his motivations to the world.
