1. The Steem White Paper of Chinese Version / Steemit 中文技术白皮书

@somebody  is my old friend from a China shareware community. We are interested in  digital currency in recent years, he also developed some trade bots,  they are very smart, extremely efficient and stable.

One week ago, we joined to Steemit and we've decide to introduce this  great community to our Chinese friends. We work together to invite them  to join steemit, create chat group, answer every question and write  many FAQ artice for newbie.

As you know, English isn't our native language, so @somebody translated Steemit White Paper to Chinese,  this is a great job, it makes steemit become more popular and get more  steemer in China, -- don't forget, they are 697 millions of Internet  Users in China.
