Do you think winter is over yet in Canada guess again

Unfortunately for people living in parts of Quebec and Labrador environment Canada has issued a winter storm warning. Strong winds 70 - 90 km per hour and 30 cm of snow can be expected. I guess I should not complain about it on being 7 degrees celsius in my area.
