I'm new here (just this week on Steemit) and i really dont understand what all this mean...this mean that anyone who gives 2 SD at this account would send a post and that post receive a whale upvote or somthing like that??... or this account give random votes to anyone??... what do they follow or want??... is this a ponzi scheme or something like that?... how someone could be a whale without a lot of post?... ahh so many questions... and i keep finding things i dont understand again and again... @randowhale

Stewie, I don't have the answers...I'm just a dumb minnow, but I would look at the replies to this post by randowhale. Looks like lots of happy campers and no straight jackets or padded cells.
