I love the idea of a complete health / fitness / beauty center and it sounds just expensive enough to be feasible to start! The only problem is you need to target a rich part of town, to find reliable costumers for many of the services, but that will skyrocket the initial investment.

Maybe one could wait for the stock & bond market to reconstruct, if you now believe its current state will fail that is :)
