The low steem price right now makes upvote worth a bit disappointing and it's a challenge to keep them above 0.02$. The voting power quite fixed around 80%-84% and around 24 votes are being spread around each day. I would probably need another 100 SP and a slight increase in the steem price to make it all stable. 40 accounts are on the list right now.
Although I'm not totally sure how it fully works, I think it does matter how frequently one creates a post?
If so then my frequency of 2-3 posts per week might be kind of interesting for your test case. Although if I'm the only one with such a low post frequency, it will not really impact the test. Since I'm only 2.5% from the total number of test accounts.
