On Augst 30- 2018 @jerrybanfield have made a post on steemit, explaining his STEEM earnings from 2017 up to present, after that announcing the end of his journey; as he is powering down all of his STEEM in order to exit STEEM forever.

Jerrybanfield has greatly influenced many people and invited them to invest and participate in STEEM, at the beginning of 2017, I started following Mr.Jeffrey and watching many videos that belong to him.
I was very impressed because I heard him over and over again saying that STEEM would be up to $ 10 moreover he had put all his money into STEEM because he was convinced that this is the best investment ever.
In fact, until this moment I can not express my reaction about Jerrybanfield.
But I will explain and critique what he said in the video.

Accountable investment with real people

The video's duration is 26 minutes, at the beginning; Jerrybanfield mentions how much profit he made, claiming he did not know how much he had made?
He said he earned it by buying STEEM at a low price and then selling it at a higher price.
However, he says he will get out of STEEM and invest his money in accountable projects with real people.
In my opinion, what he said in the last section before entering into the details in this video is very strange? after that, he gets into details, nevertheless the conclusion of this, he did great profit after tax, as he explains how he is grateful for this.

The ugly face of STEEM

Jerrybanfield claims that there is an ugly face for steem and the rest of the cryptocurrencies.
He says; he has made huge profits from other people as; 10% of people make huge profits at STEEM while the remaining 90% fight for crumbs.
The best solution to solve this issue he claims is to take a responsible approach to more sustainable and accountability investment. in this part he is demotivating people about STEEM, convincing us to go out after he got us into STEEM just because he felt bored and want to do gaming.
Then, trying to sell the idea that if he invested his money and his time elsewhere to make more gains than Steam, it would be better for him. It is not fair and ethical to be within the 10 percent of the people who make the 90% of the gaining.
However, he continued to express how grateful he was to be able to sell his own STEEM, and that there is manipulation in the cryptocurrency markets and manipulation by the people who hold STEEM as when the price of STEEM go up thy immersed the market with their STEEM to reduced the price again as he has no more faith in STEEM.

OK Mr. Jeffrey, maybe your intentions could be good or maybe you feel guilty because of your recommendation to invest in STEEM to others, but I will never trust you again and I will not waste my time with your volatile ideas. Mr. Jeffrey's exiting from STEEM may be of absolute importance and it is a major loss for STEEMIT community. Obviously that Mr. Jeffrey seemed to be tired and confused mentally because of the massive number of video recording and writing and producing music, perhaps it is worth to take some rest to rearrange his ideas.
