Thanks, that is Steemy, the unofficial Steemit mascot. I make animated video tutorials with that puppet. I actually made one about YOU a month ago. In the meantime I have redesigned the Steemy. He looks much cooler now with new faces. Also you have changed the rules meanwhile. Maybe I should made another one with the new Chrome plugin...
