Work at The Beach
Working more outside has been a huge goal for me for as long as I can remember. Today, I just might have realized that dream!
The iPad Pro 10.5, which was announced only a week ago, arrived at my door this morning.
There are a few noticeable features of this latest generation of iPad that quickly standout for me:
The A10X processor is so fast, web browsing seems on par with my desktop, making it the best device I have ever used for casual surfing.
The screen now refreshes up to 120 Hz, making scrolling, and every other motion on the screen, incredibly smooth. Touch responsiveness also feels improved (something I really struggle with on Android devices).
The screen brightness is now rated at 600 nits. This makes it surprisingly readable, even in direct sunlight. No, it won’t beat my Kindle Paperwhite quite yet. But it comes close enough that I’m going to leave the Kindle at home, unless I’m planning to read for hours.
So what kind of work did I get up to?
I read a bunch of Steemit blogs, commented, and upvoted as necessary.
If you told me two weeks ago -- before I joined Steemit -- that I could do all that for real income, I would compare it to one of those scammy work-from-home ads you see at the bottom of CNN articles.
What can I say? My world has radically changed!
The iPad Pro 10.5 just may be the best way to use Steemit at the beach, or anywhere else.
Cool! I was just telling myself yesterday that if i were to be more active here at steemit and earn more $$$ writing, I would by me a laptop/ipad for this purpose. 😉😉😉
It's not a bad idea. You can use Steemit fine on any smartphone, but it's nice to have more screen space. And I like to multitask!
u need to ddo it! post more! make friends! comment ALOt and upvote new posts in ur feed and on trending and new! find posts that seem good and upvote COMMNEt comment on all the $100 an $1000 posts in trending! comment with relevant images etc u will make $1 off each comment if u keep at it! thats whre thereal money is! curation! connect ur account to streemian.com and i know its a lil complex logging in an connect ing ur account giving them permission to ur account and they can then autopost u can auto curate u can just folow a "curation trail" to just autp upvote other people omg it will let u automate ur steemit experec and really start tp earn if u get a large followig going and conect all ur other soeicla media accounts (by making only steemit related posts on ur facebook and instagram frm now on so all ur frieends get the message that ur all abouttaht stemit now! i even changed my profile pic on faceboojgoog,e and instagram to steemit logo so everyoone knows im serious

Truly inspirational post. The Vancouver waterfront is a sanctuary to me, and my "trading desk" as well -- but on a fricken iPhone 7 (reg size) -- i'm going freaking blind!

The main problem has been screen brightness (and reflectiveness), as well as ergonomics.
The iPad, even with all its limitations, makes it finally possible.

There's no mouse capability, but you can get a stylus and keyboard. Sold separately. For a small fortune ;)

Very cool! I live very close to one of the coolest beaches in the world (google: Jurerê Florianópolis) . There are some spots where I would love to work, but my laptop is just too bulky to take everywhere with me. Saving up for the Microsoft Surface now! You totally inspire me @gigafart ! Thanks!
