Power up for newbies (Voting weight too small? Get more than $20 in SP delegation for free)

TL;DR: I have over $20 000 worth of STEEM POWER delegation that I am willing to give for free for a limited period of time to users (~$20 to each user) who have difficulty using the Steem platform in a normal way, because the value of their accounts is too low.

If you get the error:

"Voting weight is too small, please accumulate more voting power or steem power."

then you are one of the users affected by this situation.

As a result of various factors, including the high price of STEEM, some low-powered accounts, typically the newly-created ones, may have insufficient bandwidth (in other words, not enough Steem Power) even for non-excessive usage.

You can think of it as a game where beginners try to play with their low-level characters and can do only very basic actions, so they quickly get tired. What I want to do is lend you good armor and a few artifacts to help you have an easier start.

If your account has less than 15 STEEM POWER (both own and delegated) and you have trouble voting, posting or commenting because of that, or you would like to just get a nice bonus for start, please let me know in a comment below.

This will give you not only more bandwidth to perform actions on the Steem platform, but also more influence: your upvotes will be more powerful and your curation rewards will be bigger.

@timcliff's idea about increasing block size to 128k can help with bandwidth requirements for other transactions such as posts, comments, and transfers. Unfortunately voting is a different story. All because of: #define STEEMIT_VOTE_DUST_THRESHOLD (50000000)

I reserve the right to discontinue this action at any time, withdraw the delegation without giving any reasons, and choose not to delegate Steem Power at my own discretion.

Good news: Steemit increased delegation so this issue should be mostly gone, I've changed requirement to <15 STEEM POWER (both own and delegated)
Please check your wallet before commenting here: In most cases issue should be already gone and you should have enough Steem Power already delegated to your account
