Listening is great, but I find creating music even better.

It doesn't have to be anything fancy, sometimes just whistling while recording. I've composed about a dozen or so songs and lyrics over the years, just in my spare time.

Music is a terrific way to not only relax, let off some steam and as a creativity outlet and recharger, but also fulfills the basic human needs to create and communicate on an emotional/durable level, the urges and joy of the human spirit.
