Is any one else unable to transfer their Steem out?

Soooo, I actually brought in funds that where mine in other cryptocurrencies and exchanged them in for steem power. Recently I made the decision that I rather have them in another form of Crypto and started the cash out process. But now it seems that I cant even exchange the steem out. What Gives?
