What do you say @josteem? Wanna help out by simply promising you will vote for a witness that gets STEEM or SBD listed on a major exchange? While you are out traveling and providing great photos and content, the witnesses can be hard at work for your vote.
You have 30 witness votes. They are separate from your normal votes and does not take away from your earning or voting power.
In the past, people voted witnesses on popularity and what they have already accomplished that they felt was good for the community. With my way, the witnesses need to work at what we decide what is good for the community.
There is no need to vote until the witness gets the job done.
