Page can't be displayed after DDOS attack on steem blockchain on a post

This guy and his many many alt accounts - think i am someone else.. He keeps spamming the post every few days - with his many alt accounts - which i'll keep downvoting...

I think he is crazy - out of his mind, but let's first keep focusing how to totally hide those spam accounts fully on steemit UI.
