Someone already mentioned it, but yes.. It's called SteepSpot which acts just like instagram here on blockchain. You can upload photos via app and instead of ♥'s in instagram you will get likes that value money.
I have also seen SteepShot give away upvotes for some uploaders, but the value isn't as big as dmanias. I wish it was. Or maybe it will be.. soon. ^^
It will increase with time and media coverage.
