Mining, the process of extracting crypto-currency tokens from a block-chain network involves having computers continuously running hashing algorithm, which takes an arbitrarily large amount of information and condenses it to a string of letters and numbers of a fixed length. For each new block in the block-chain, the network sets a target hash value and all the miners on the network try to guess the nonce that will result in that value.
Although the desired output will not satisfy, it is best to use good GPU's with highest hashing power.
