well in my opinion a whale can be explained as he/she has got stake on steem and reading above article I concluded that they are not manipulating market but rather taking profit out of it just look at charts SBD always trades just under the radar as compared to steem so they just analyse the market and do trade but if they are using bot in my opinion its the next big thing!
