The climate and abundance of fruit promotes the facilitated food and improvement.

To meet a decline and to see off the sun in is one of traditions on the island tomorrow. Every day new paints and shades. Sometimes people gather on some beaches together to meditate at sunset and to sing mantras.

The island is complete of yoga, seminars, occupations, versatile training, ceremonies and initiations. Such feeling that all yogas and leaders of seminars, and also pilot "seminarshchik" are flown here on wintering. Heat, sea, tasty, slowly and quietly. The island dazzles not only paints of the jungle and flowers, and talented and unusual people. Here almost everyone — the master something, some practice. People are flown from around the world. I here have made friends with Turkish women as it has appeared, not absolutely simple too. People are as one more feature of this island. Some longsteyshik joke that fault to all pink quartz which loads and loads on the island. On the island there are also beautiful falls to which it is necessary to make the way through the jungle. It is good that tourists have trodden tracks. On falls it is possible to be refreshed well as water is more cool, than in the sea.

Naturally the island is divided into zones. There is a place for family and silent stay with children, is — for a separation and spirit, parties, is — for training by yoga, seminars, is — for immersion in local culinary culture and shopping, is for — a snorkeling and diving. There is a bungalow and houses which are far in the jungle, on the mountain or on the rock, it for a complete privacy and silence. The mood will determine where to you today.

It is possible to feed not with one yoga soul. On the island also 1 Chinese temple in honor of the goddess Guan Yin is a lot of Buddhist temples. But the nature is the great temple and the teacher at the same time. Here just you sits down in shadows of palm trees, or at itself on a porch, or on the beach … you close eyes and … in the internal temple …
