Build your following is not a thing that could happen in a day, it takes at least a month to see the progress. But it isn't complicated, to build a good following you only need 4 simple steps:

The first thing that I recomend is to write your post on your main language. Also you must pay attention to the clock, 'cause the world has different time zones, and if you post something too late may be nobody would see it.

Is important to be active in Steemit by posting, voting or commenting. So you'll gaining people that see your work. I mean gift to recieve

Is not neccesary to be all the day in front of your PC, with only 1-2 hours of interaction is enough. Everybody has other commitments in his lifes.

You should post at least one article a day, to keep the interaction active and the content you're publishing must be interesting to your following, the tags will help you to reach more people

Don't get discouraged if you don't see instant results. And remember that some post will have success and some not. This page is about interaction, and to get awarded you must take your time.
