@randowhale 2SBD Investment Result
Invest 2 SBD and get some return or maybe not...
disclaimer: as with any investment, it's not guaranteed. it's very important to do your own analysis before making any investment.
Introducing...
@randowhale , this whale has a very interesting concept: Transfer 2 SBD and your chosen post will be upvoted by him (or her?) with a random vote power of 1-50%.
Wait...
only 1-50%? don't be mistaken this whale has been bestowed with a great power (with delegation) so the upvote does carry some steem power.
Testing testing ...
to make sure that this one is working, I was prepared to lost 2 SDB or 4 SDB to be exact. sorry for being a little bit pessimistic here.
By the way, randowhale without "n" is correct. I've transferred 2 SBD to upvote my post: Mercedes AMG GT3 with initial paypout value $0.65.
I received an acknowledgement from randowhale saying that my post received 44% upvote and my post payout is $6.28.
This is a rough calculation, so with my investment 2 SBD I’ve got ($6.28 - $0.65 - 2) / 2 = $1.815. why divide by 2? Because half of the payout will be paid to the curators, well I was hoping that I could receive more.
I tried again with my other post "Free Steem!! eSteem and ChainBB" this time, the initial payout was $100.63
After asking randowhale to vote my post, randowhale said that I received 10% upvote. the payout jumped to $105.66.
Another rough calculation, with my 2 SBD investment I’ve got back ($105.66- $100.63 - 2)/2 = $1.515.
Maybe ...
I wasn't lucky enough but I don't think we can earn extra steems with randowhale. Still an interesting concept though.
But if you've a different experience please let me know. If you are interested to do some experience, I'll suggest you to read this guide
Maybe I should upvote this post with randowhale just to be sure lol.
Welcome to Steemit :)
I follow u, follow me back if u want lot of fun and amazing picture every day.
Right now 2 SBD = US$4.78 according to coinmarketcap. I just purchased a vote where I received US$2.42. So, it's a net loss of $1.43. Let me know if I am missing something in my calculation. I liked the concept of randowhale, but I don't see how it can be profitable for us.
thanks for letting us know, yea the profitable is based on "luck"
