Shit Steemit Biased Reward System : Will you allow it that way?

What steemit doing is unfair! They allow a bunch of individuals to leave the reward pool almost empty.

for almost a year of being on steemit, I am so pitty of you steemians who doesn't even sleep doing the best article they can give to contribute to the community but after all of this they only got half of a price of a coffee!

We want an equal opportunity, a biased system that will limit the ability of those Whales who are trying to drain the reward pool leaving minnows nothing to eat for breakfast!

We want steemit to be a fulltime carrer of smart individuals whom we believe have the most power to contribute to the platform.

How can this be happen if there is biasing in the system?
