What I would love to be added to Steemit.com and Tribes

Gaining visibility is a pain point for many content creators.  Not only here on steem and related apps but across the web in general.

However across the web in general, curation is a little different to what it is here on steem.  Curation across the general web involves sharing content from others across different platform and different user lists.  Bloggers want to be curated.  They want their content shared.  Shares general = increase of traffic and brand awareness.  And so bloggers make it as easy as possible to share their content.  This includes calls to action to share and VISIBLE/responsive social share buttons.

Here on steem we have something unique to the web.   There is added value in curating steem content over general web content and that is the ability to earn curation rewards and the ability to reward the content and the creators you like.  It doesn't matter what the size of the rewards are, the point is, its unique to steem and you can't do it elsewhere. 

However right now, the audience on steem is limited.  The numbers are small and so the spectrum of content interest is not massive. We are sharing and curating to ourselves.  Yet we don't make it as easy and obvious for content consumers that land here on a post to share.  If you look at steemit.com traffic, there are plenty of visitors.  I know personally I have read many posts over the years worth sharing and I just didn't think of it because its not in my face.  It sucks, but that's how it works.

I would love, love, love, to see BIG, RESPONSIVE Social share buttons on all posts.    Not the tiny little things we currently have on the bottom of the post. But big ones that scroll with you as you move down the post.  A constant reminder to consumers to share the content.   This is a condenser thing right?  I'm no coder, but with so many plugins available for wordpress, im taking it thats it wouldn't be too hard (famous last words)  Is this something someone could code and get funding from the SPS for doing so?

Did you know most people don't get to the bottom of a post before they share it.  Thats a massive amount of shares we have missed of steem content across the web.

Let's make it as easy as possible to share newsteem content across the web.  If you would like to see improved social share buttons used on  Steemit.com and tribes share this post and let's see if we can get some attention to this one.  It's a simple change that could make a massive difference.
