Thank you for your review. I was about to invest in the ICO but after reading this.... At the end of the day, the stickiness and network effect of a product depends on the user experience and all the issues you bring up are "deal breakers". Might have been better if they create a new email client and all "free" inbound emails are in a separate folder.... which conceptually is nothing more than a spam folder....
