Firstly, I am not in the Philippines nor Nigerians community.
Still learning a lot about Steemit and others community in here.

I don't think you need to be in either country to qualify to showcase steemit.
Wherever you are, you are doing your own part of promoting steemit.
Keep doing what you are doing and socialize in discord, it will get more clearly.
