a randomly selected value from 1% to 5% voting power, for an average of 2.5% voting power.

Wouldn't the average there be 3%? If the range was 0-5, 2.5% makes sense, but with a range of 1-5, it would be 3, right?

      I updated the figures and ran randowhale again because the new average showed it was actually making money. Thanks for catching that error!
