It is amazing how most of these people make so much steem yet you have those who can barely make 5 steem for a month. What a just and fair system. I wish you guys all the best.
If anything will happen to steem and steem block chain, it will be from the inequality created on the platform such that some people are permanently made beggars while others enjoy the platform.
I do not see how this is different from what obtains from the everyday financial world we all condemn here daily.
I have decided not to give legitimacy to a system that rob peter to pay paul. No one has been able to tell me why my averge post can barely make 50 cents while some people make 100 dollars for just saying "thank you"
I do not have much SP but for the first time, I am powering down my little 1000 sp. I had thought this would be a 20 year investment for me but hei, the injustice and inequality is too much.

It is not true. Most are reward earnings more than investments. I know a man who joined this platform three months ago and has made over 40,000 steems. If the guys that control here from the background want you to rise they make you rise.
If they feel otherwise, you go into oblivion. I am not a daft. I have watched this for a while before I come to this conclusion.
I challenged one so-called whale here who happens to be a coder in the platform for trying to rub shit on my face and the following day, every of my post went down with one or two views. Someone will tell me that it is not possible but hei everything is possible here.
This is not the decentralized platform they made all of us to know. Some people mined steem at some point and are still probably doing at the moment. I have defended this indefensible system at several points in the past but hei, it is time to say it as it is.
Who knows, some people of good conscience can still arise and do the needful. The system is as corrupt as the centralized system so why should people be condemning the conventional economic system here daily? This place stinks more than the centralized economy in my own opinion.
Flag my comments if you like. He that is down fears no fall. If this place is not changed, I see a better system in the horizon taking over. Most of the people who are keeping quiet are doing so like I was doing before so I understand their predicament.
If you are one of the beneficiary, you will not understand why I talk like this. It is not different from what happens in the conventional economies of the world.
Call steemit what it is right now, and there won't be any problem. Do any marketing advert you want to do for steemit. If one million people come in, I can bet you that in the next one month, 800,000 of them will churn out by going inactive.
There is no reward for excellence here as claimed so you can keep trying until you are fed up like me.

I really don't think it is that tough to move up the chain here honestly. I've only been around for less than 2 months and I am most active in the comments and curating. I was even thinking of making a post to not let newcomers become discouraged, if you can afford to swing just a little bit over into Steem and are active you will see yourself start to grow. The most exciting thing for me is the increase in curtain rewards as I've grown, and I only have 225 SP. Weeks prior, I would see .012 SP earned in the last week curating, since investing a small amount and continuing to earn, I now see nearly .1 SP earned this week. That doesn't sound like much but my first investment was the weekend before last so I've only been receiving earnings on my new Steem Power for a few days now. Of you are that frustrated maybe it isn't for you, I just wanted to let you know that I am very new and can see the growth already from being consistent on the platform. Good luck friend!
