Why is Steemit in this state? People made $1000's in the past per post.

I just logged into steemit after a long time and I was suprise at it's state. Back in the day, people use to make thousands per post. But greed and envy destroyed what was a great website for making money. If you had too much money under your post, people would down-vote you and say it was too much.

Instead of minding their business and making money for themselves, they would rather destroy a person who was making good bucks.

Steemit could rise again, but the mindset would have to change also. Being your brother's keeper is what would have to drive steemit forward. Not envy and greed.
