Good day Steemian and welcome to today's Steem price update for 2/6/2022.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price's and recent STEEM changes for over 5 years.

If you tire of addictively looking at the charts every few minutes then instead just relax and look here for the average STEEM price for your daily plan or strategy.
And even if you are not planning to do anything with your STEEM I still recommend checking out these updates every so often.
So without further ado lets take a look at today's Daily Steem Price for 2/6/2022.

Month of June we have reached the half way mark to yet another year way too fast but at least something to smile about is that we reached Septuple Dolphin or in other words locked away 35000 Steem total. Like promised in the announcement post I've already added 250 Steem Power to the pot which is more than I stated, I will add yet another 50 Steem soon, here is the original announcement post Powered-UP To Septuple Dolphin - 35000 STEEM!!. Actually I wanted to add another 50 Steem the other day but something was up with Steemit.com, I couldn't really do much of anything on here but luckily I already posted before it started to act strange. I'm not sure if the cause was dua to a update, maintenance or a system issue, regardless I was hoping this would sort out some of the problems with acquiring more Steem. For example wallets working like in the Bittrex case or the "NOT allowing for the trade of Steem on swap sites". Yet after the site began working these problems still persisted, this is frustrating as it stops possible buyers from acquiring Steem or to lose more money when purchasing Steem both are issues I now have myself. On the other hand the reason why I mentioned the news brought something to smile about is because I know for many it's been upsetting to see the Steem price fall down so much. Not only that but the mayhem that is yet another month of war going on in the streets of the Ukraine. It continues to be a sad moment in our history as Vladimir's army doesn't stall, they instead strike fear, call treats and cast sadness into the lives of many with this ongoing war.. a war that if we are not too careful could just be what spells the beginning of the end. Yes interestingly enough just as billionaire Soros talked about recently at the world economic forum.. oh that was surprising coming from him eh.. As for crypto we can see that Steem took a big fall, but of course it's mostly the cause of bitcoins having it's big downwave. Sadly like this it's most unfortune that it's taken the SBD's value down along with it. But this was of course very much expected and I'm honestly surprised by how long it maintained such a high price. Hopefully SBD's can hold out and return but I don't see that happening unless Bitcoins gets some recovery going on, still seeing all that cheap Steem out there for grabs as been catching my attention and definitely the interest of others. As like most times I had already been beaten to that sweet $0.19 Steem price deal, dammit lol.

Going back to putting more Steem in the pot I'm infact having trouble once again getting Steem, I was trying for 600 steem, but it's a shame how inconvenient and irregular it can be getting your favourite cryptos sometimes. I feel this is something that continues to be a deal breaker for many and what is keeping crypto from being more accessible and successful. This seems to be a problem for many coins but especially Steem right now, I mean seriously I keep seeing Hive working perfectly fine at these swap exchanges everywhere however Steem is always being taken off and on, why is this?❓ We need to know what we can do or how to fix this as I feel this is making Steem lose out on buyers. Still the price being down I'm looking at it as another situation for opportunity, id say if your also looking to get more Steem this might just be the best time we have had in a while to buy cheaper. It will be interesting to see what happens next with BTC as it's hovering around the 30k mark. The weather in June is a little more stabilised compared to the previous month, we are still getting a mix of Autumn and summer days, today was turned very hot and unfortunately my hayfever as just been triggered. As for today I was in work for the afternoon shift, as I came in one of the staff trying pranking me with all the work that needed to be done but I saw right past this lie and she wanted to know how to make it more believable next time lol. More towards the end had 2 superiors bugging me about getting all the work finished but there wasn't that more and still 2 hours to go I wish this lot would sometimes have faith in their staff especially when it's a very doable situation. Anyway towards the end we had another situation where a woman walked into our building and refused to get out. I was surprised that security didn't just throw her out, I was further disappointed with security when they didn't want staff to call police, the reasoning is they didn't want to spent more time doing paper work with the police. I get people just want to go home after a long shift but still you can't just let people do whatever they want just because you don't want to do some paper work, it's part of security it's your job if you don't want to do this then throw this woman out of the private property. She wasn't homeless or anything she was just being a nuisance our staff even offered to drive her home, I don't know what happened once the police arrived as the superiors told me to leave once they were sure she was harmless.

I was really in hope to catch up with the older lady who I mentioned started having her first issues with arthritis, still admit I was rather disappointed that the only morning I had to be in for she had the day off which I thought was rather strange as she usually only off for the weekends. The only thing I can think of is perhaps she now works less days in the week due to her arthritis, hopefully I can see her another time soon. It's no secret over time there as definitely been less business but still I have to admit the other day it was definitely one of the most quiet times that I have experienced. I also received some "current" good news and what I mean by "current" is that things can very easily change, but basically I have heard our competition who wants to buy us out of here is currently taking a hit with their profits. Firstly it's been admitted they are reconsidering the risk of buying us out and pushing us off, and this is because secondly they just aren't making the money to be able to run the business after buying us off. While I find a few holes in this information it still offers the possibility that we can run business for a little longer, but heck this could all change just as easily.

It was abit of a strange one that day because there seemed to have been a lot of unnecessary staff swapping, and for no real reason. I mean they even had an extra guy come in for the whole day just to move a few things around?? This really seemed like a waste of money to me.. but heck what do I know. My friend returned after going away again, this time not just with he's girlfriend but he also took he's mom a long. Lol so looks like a nice little family holiday and he said that surprisingly it went mostly very well, sure there was 2 incidents he told me about but nothing serious. Before having a break for the weekend some guy turned up at work, he was there doing a inspection of the place. I didn't expect to start just as he was about to do his inspection. I have heard from various other staff that this guy is a complete idiot and so I was hoping to avoid him. Ironically if we had closed the site down last year he would of actually been my new boss. Unfortunately I was not able to escape him on this visit, I was introduced to him while I was in the middle of something and busy, actually he was the one who stopped me by saying hello. It seemed like he wanted me to continue on in a conversation with him but I was seriously too busy. Since the conversation didn't go anywhere I got the whole I think I have seen you somewhere before routine. Well I can honestly say he's never seen me before in he's life but unfortunately on the other hand I have seen he's face many times. This due to all the selfies he loves posting on the works social media the guy seems addicted to that. He eventually let me get on with my work, hopefully he finally realised I was busy. I was also called away and so took this as a opportunity to not have to see him again.. probably until he actually becomes my boss, he as no clue of this lol I guess not exactly a great introduction to your possible future boss.
