Have I been hacked ? I can't transfer my Steem :(

Hi guys

It seems like I have problem while trying to transfer my Steem to Poloniex, it says : " Missing Active Authority steampunkpowered" ( it also tells me to login after I click on "transfer" ), seeing that some accounts have been hacked Im afraid that I could also be a victim of those cyber-criminals.

Please anyone help !
