Seems like I have pinpointed the issues
Hello, I think I might have fixed the issues with the bot, and everything is back up to date...
Im sure there will be a few little gotchas here and there-> but for the most part it seems that it is nolonger refunding people every second when running it in backup mode...
Esentially what I want to do is have the refund memos comming with the line details again, but I dont want it to send up mass refunds while doing it...
It's like every angle theres an issue that I try to patch, but in doing so it causes another problem... So idk the forces are against us per usual and Im sure everyones pissed off but Idk im trying here sorry guys...

hehe you can send them to se-payout if you want hehe =) the bot stupid blockchain keeps glitching back to a moment in history ... every 3 seconds for like 1 milisecond and it keeps screwing everything up for me lol... Going to be recoding this whole damn bot soon... its just too sloppy and not written from me so theres big chunks i dont know whats going on lol...
