I've been doing 50/50 rewards lately. Some SBD gets converted to Steem and powered up. The rest goes into savings as I plan to use it soon. I could do with a new phone for a start.
I would sell them rather than keep them in savings. You're getting no interest and who knows how long this premium will last.
I should be selling them within a week or two anyway. I may convert some to bitcoin as that's less likely to drop
