Well one way to do it would be to share the rewards with the original source authors - the last hard fork allowed that and I think people would appreciate it. I don't have the technical expertise to say how hard or easy it would be to implement but I think it should be possible.
It appears so. Fair distribution to the real authors needs to come. This is a monopoly.
