Creating Content
Create consistent posts. Make you sure are giving your followers good content, and regular posts. Whether that's hourly, or scheduled daily postings, find out what works for you and use it.
Steemit is a very fast platform and I've noticed that multiple posts per day is a good thing. Don't be shy but don't spam either.
Make It Interesting
Use pictures, charts, graphs, etc. to mix it up. A picture is worth a thousand words they say. Use enough to keep your audience happy. Use flashy titles that are exciting but not disingenuous.
The Inside
Steemit works on your being interactive. Post articles and videos often. But also, it's important to comment and upvote as well. Don't forget to thank your followers regularly. Without them, you wouldn't have anyone to talk to!
Topics
Steemit is a social media platform that is heavily focused around Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. Those topics generally have much more attention than let's say, cheese.
Having said that, you could talk about cheese but the audience might be smaller! Choose to spend your time on that which gets the most attention from your potential viewers and current followers.
Comments
Find others who are big on Steemit in the category you also work on. Comment on their posts with good, informative responses. If people upvote your comments, you earn money.
Plus, people may decide to check out your blog and that will expand your audience. This is very crucial.
Cash Out or Not?
Steemit works on a principle like a dividend on a stock. Keep your money in and we'll give you a nice bonus every so often. An incentive to keep your investment here.
If you don't cash out, you can still make great money simply by upvoting and commenting. Your Steem Power is an important aspect that should not be overlooked.

Here is my advice. You have to dedicate yourself and invest a lot of time. Start by commenting and curating so you can gain followers. Don't try to be lazy with your posts. Effort at the end pays off. Be original and be yourself. Nobody likes a copy-pasta
Good advice. We can't just keep creating the same content. That's what the mainstream media does. We need to be a level up from their rehashed garbage!

It was your passion that you're spreading that made me read yor articles and watch your videos and it was your deep digging, your truth seeking and also the sadness that came up when you nearly were speechless after seen social disorder heading up!
Definitely, not for the money. But we can use money to escape the system and then minimize our need for money as much as possible. Once we can afford to buy solar panels, dig a well, etc. we won't need this corrupt monetary system!
But ultimately, the truth is what we're after. Without the truth, we're not living.
