Steemit and the curse of abundance

Since 2 days there is no possibility to signup to steemit. It has been few months and they skyrocketed!

Nicely done!

Do you know that the only possibility is through invitation? And how can you get it? Does anybody know?

I've got few friends waiting and waiting to get here. For sure steemit already achieved a big success but the curse of abundance it stopping our friends from getting here. What can we do about it?
