Great insights. I just traded some Ether in to Steem but I'm still discovering this whole movement, very exciting!
Yes I did break the rule of only investing in something you completely understand.
But then again who actually really understands what is going on right now :)

My big question/concern considering the potential of Steem (which you clearly believe is humongous), what about the power early adoptors already have? Will newcomers to this platform (once is it really huge) still be able to make some money? Or will they need to redistribute the power (like central banks are creating more money) which will lower the value of the reputation early adaptors have build up?
How will this issue be resolved?
