You are welcome :) The 3 rules limitation is directly related to how much Steem Power you have, per the chart at the end of this article. You can see exactly who you've upvoted in real time on Steemd.com.
Awesome! I never knew that - I am at 43.656 Steem Power now so I will push to get to that 50 level. Excellent! I am having a GOOD time on the Steemit !!
