The Yensesa exchange launched in May 2018 and we have already processed close to GHC 7000 of Steem and counting. We seek to launch our service in Nigeria very soon, this will extend our amazing service to Nigeria’s growing Steem and crypto community.

By January 2019 we intend to have a fully operational exchange where you can trade most cryptocurrencies and allow withdrawals for African traders. The Yensesa team has decided to create its own token which will be used to help give our users more perks on the platform and create a general income from its dispersion.

Yensesa Sharedrop

This token campaign will work like the EOS token campaign and will run on the Bitshares platform (the first implementation of the blockchain architecture powering both Steem and EOS). There will only be 10 million YENSESA tokens (10,000,000) ever created. 25% of these tokens will be distributed over a period of 360 days.

Allocation breakdown

• 2,000,000 : Share-dropped to the entire Steemit community. After the first 30 days, Yensesa tokens will be distributed at a rate of
  • 1 SP : 1 YENSESA (Minimum of 10 Delegated SP)
  • 1 SBD : 5 YENSESA (Minimum of 5 SBD)
  • 7 BTS : 5 YENSESA (Minimum of 35 BTS)

Delegators will get tokens every 30 days at the same rate as long as they are still delegated to @yensesa until all tokens are disbursed or 360 days is reached. All remaining tokens after the 360 days window will go into the basic income project.

• 5,000,000: Allocated to community basic income program. This is how the Yensesa tokens will mostly be distributed. It will provide the African community members with a minimum income to help them take care of some personal needs.

• 500,000: Air-dropped to members of the community on Steemit and Bitshares. This program will support the promotion, marketing and growth of Yensesa. It will be rewarded to community members for services such as content creation, promotion and brand development.

• 1,500,000: Reserved for equal share between the current core and any future team member. These tokens are vested for 2 years to incentivize staff to grow their value and commit even more to this project.

• 1,000,000: Reserved for special community venture fund. These tokens and associated dividends are frozen for 1 year. After the end of the freeze, Yensesa token holders may vote on the use of these funds and dividends for the purposes of developing the project. Staff members are ineligible from voting on the use of these funds. This fund provides incentive for holders of YENSESA to participate in the community aspect of the platform.

How the 2,000,000 share-drop distribution will happen

At the start of the share-drop, 20% of the total share-drop tokens (400,000 YENSESA) will become available for distribution during a 30 day window at a rate of;

• 1 DSP : 10 YENSESA (Minimum of 10 Delegated SP)
• 1 SBD : 50 YENSESA (Minimum of 5 SBD)
• 7 BTS : 50 YENSESA (Minimum of 35 BTS)

The remaining 1,600,000 YENSESA will then be disbursed within 330 days. Depending how much SBD/BTS you send or delegation you have contributed, YENSESA tokens will be sent to you.

The share-drop will continue until all 2,000,000 tokens have been distributed or 360 days is up.
All contributions to the pool must be in SBD / BTS or Steem delegations;

To contribute to the pool simply delegate a minimum 10 Steem Power to @yensesa

Why Get Yensesa Tokens

• Transaction Fee Discount: By holding Yensesa tokens, users can save up to 50% in exchange fees on Yensesa.

• Liquidity Protection: Every month, Yensesa will use 20% of its income to buy back the YENSESA Tokens in the open market.
