We believe it is Romania. It was traced to Romania 2 times, Switzerland once and Amsterdam once. The block trades support fella thought it more than likely was Romania. I will never have it returned. But it has taught me a lot. Thanks for all your help in it @guiltyparties I wish more could be done in this. If you have any suggestions let me know.
