Steemit Update [ January 2nd, 2024 ] : The Steemit Awards 2023 - The Winners
Thank you to all the many, many people who posted nominations for the 4th annual Steemit Awards.
The Steemit Team has been through all the nominations and come up with this year’s winners for each category - Best Author, Best Contributor to the Community and Best Community.
This year we have chosen four winners in each category.
Each of the winners will receive a 100% vote from @steemcurator01.
Our congratulations to all the winners, and our great thanks to everyone who participated in the 2023 Steemit Awards.

It's really unexpected, I don't know what points and depending on the subject the winners are selected. But I am questioning and expressing my objection, there is no proper assessment of merit. I can emphasize that the responsible role of the Steemit team is not revealed here.
@rme is not just a user but also the best investor, best contributor and most time spender. With a single contribution, multiple communities are very transparently ensuring the best contribution for the platform. Playing the most influential role in the future of the platform. Already launched a mobile app called SteemPro and many users are using it with great interest. Also has gone a long way to build own blogging site based on this platform, maybe it will be up and running very soon.
Raised a pretty good fund to launch multiple DAO projects, thinking about NFTs, thinking about TRON, all about this platform and the future good of this platform. There are countless examples like this, which would make a long article. Here he has been very unfairly underestimated, his investments belittled, his contributions belittled, which deeply disappoints us.
I totally agree with you. How can @rme's name isn't in any of the selections? Who here supports users like him? I am really disappointed by this selection. I expected a perfect selection from the team. Because we love this platform.

I completely agree with you. @rme dada is the most deserving candidate for best contributor. Because he is trying his best to make this platform better. I am also very disappointed.
I was quite disappointed. We thought @rme Dada was perfect for the Best Contributor to the community . But I don't know how you selected it. because he is constantly working to improve the platform. However, he did not get this award despite being the founder of the top rank number one community, I was saddened to see this.
I don't understand what content the report was published on. Because the name of the person who is doing so much for this platform is not mentioned in any report, it is really painful for all of us. The fact that @rme dada is directly and indirectly improving this platform may not be visible to this team, which is really disappointing. Currently @rme dada many successful communities are on this platform, I don't understand why this team is not seeing that.
It isn´t the first time that one does not understand how the winners are selected. @rme is more than a user, he is an investor and a visionary, I hope the community that I manage, one day, would have his support.

A surprise at the beginning of 2024, I did not expect to be selected for the prestigious annual event, namely "The Steemit Awards 2023".
To be honest, this is the biggest award I have received on the Steemit platform among other trusts I have received so far.
This award should be a motivation for me to continue to become a better person. I admit that so far I have not shown a satisfactory contribution but I must be able to do so, continue to learn from each user and develop my own competence to the maximum.
