I Linked a TRX wallet to my account, and my 130.xxx TRX is gone? HELP!!

So how can I retrieve the TRX?

Shouldn't it show up in the new wallet? How long should this take?

Sorry, I didn't record the old wallet address, is there a way to retrieve that on steemworld or something?

THANKS, I mainly need the old wallet access, I know what I did wrong but don't know how to fix it...
