The Diary 10th July, 2026. No work just a resting and cooking day
Hello guys, goodevening,it ifelosweet here again and i want to share how my day went.
My day started with ease because fridays I don't usually go to work.have been home all through seeing movies,re-arranging my room y'all know a perfect weekend starts from Friday smiles.
After doing all the chores i went outside my gate to gist with friends they were happy because we usually only have time for ourselves mostly on weekends,right there i was have craving for moi-moi so i got into the kitchen measured some beans and start the process,after peeling the dirt i went ahead to grind and also i have craving for pap because what's moi-moi without pap
Unfortunately you can't get this hand made raw pap so i got the in sachet
I can't lie to you this pap right here is made from millet,ginger was added honestly the taste is topnotch i guess you would love to taste it also, before make the pap i discovered i was having sour throat i had to boil a little water so i can drink to reduce the pain
I also used from the hot water to make my pap
Not quiet long i started putting the grinded beans inside leather because i am using palm oil to prepare it,after an hour my moi-moi is ready
