The flax milk is really good, in my opinion. I buy it from the store though, I'm sure if you press your own flax seed, it would be even better. I am too lazy, but at least I admit it, I guess. I went to it due to the fact my body prefers less lactose, so it works great, and it has no sugar in it, which is a good thing as well.
