This week's guest judge for the Steemit Culinary Challenge #22 is @surfermarly, living the dream on the Canary Islands, just off the coast of northwestern Africa. Sun, sea, sand and surf... awesome. Our cool surfer judge has chosen a fantastic theme for all you creative cooks to get your teeth into:  

The food photos above were provided by @surfermarly too - hot pepper stuffed with cream cheese & cracker with tuna dip, and homemade Mojito... yummy. Clearly she knows a thing or two about Mediterranean cooking, so your challenge is to impress her with your very best recipes! As always creativity and presentation are important, so let's all get our artistic hats on for this one! If you're stuck for ideas here are some links to help you... Just click on the blued words. @surfermarly has also provided very specific criteria for this week, so be sure to prepare your creations as outlined below:
