Many people are not satisfied with the quality of education. Educational experts agree that a quality system of education if the system of learning activities runs interesting and challenging so that learners can learn as much as possible through a sustainable learning system.

Quality education process will produce qualified graduates as well as relevant to the development of the world. In order to realize a quality and efficient education, it is necessary to develop and implement a program of education that can teach students continuously, with optimal quality of education, is expected to produce human resources who can master the knowledge, skills and expertise in the field of knowledge, technology and economics continues to grow rapidly.

In achieving a quality education, education management is required to mobilize all educational resources. Student management is management and implementation. With the creativity that poured into the learning system, learners are expected to be able to get unique ideas for solving the problem so that progressive and divergent ideas are able to compete in a changing world.

Changes in quality that match physically and mentally reflect the development of learners. The aspect of mining in the child is considered more necessary than others, it is not wrong if the theory of intelligence compound expressed by Gardner is considered able to meet the tendency of varying children's mining.
The provision of education should strive to provide additional services that are specific to learners who have creativity and talents, in which case the target of education can be directed to be better.

Education is closely related to teaching, teaching involving learners as the input of the Learners. Learners actively develop the potential within themselves to have knowledge of religion, self-control, intelligence, noble character, and skills for yourself, society, nation, and state.

Creativity can be seen and felt in all human activities. Creativity arises from a different interaction with the environment. Creativity is the process of sensing and observing a problem, making conjectures about this deficiency, assessing and testing it. The process of creativity in its manifestation needs encouragement (intrinsic motivation) and external impulse.

This intrinsic motivation is intelligence, historically creativity and talents are drawn a conclusion as carrying a high degree of intelligence, and traditional intelligence tests are a key feature of identifying children possessing intellectual talent of creativity and giftedness from the perspective of the intelligence of the specific talents available to learners enough to pay attention that ultimately preserves and breeds the Conventional Traditional Education that is oriented and highly upholds linguistic intelligence and mathematical logic.
