This Could Be The Beginning Of Something Great For Steemit…. The Huge Potentials of an AMA
There is so much potential for the platform in pursuing diverse content creation styles.
Yesterday, @ash started an AMA . Perhaps the first self-initiated personal AMA by a Steemian.
This signals something exciting that Steemit can improve on. And as you will see, there is so much potential for rapid growth.
Quora and Reddit get a huge part of their sites' traffic from AMAs with important personalities. And also from their users with interesting, quirky personal qualities.
Stats
Here is the user subscription stat for IAmA subreddit only. This is excluding that of other niche AMAs.
And here are the official traffic stats for the subreddit.
Quora, the popular Q and A site has successfully been able to attract important personalities to conduct AMAs.
And it pays. Here's Quora estimated monthly traffic stat:
We can encourage more social media influencers like Max Keiser to run an AMA.
Or users with quirky or interesting personalities. Users like heiditravel, tuck-fheman, stellabelle , guerrint etc can be encouraged to make personal AMAs.
Steemit is already a revolution. It can only get bigger.
