Be a Good Boss to have a Good Employee

Sometimes it's not the high salary that makes an employee stay! It's how they we're treated and how enjoying what they are doing and because of how their employer treat them! Db?

Be a good boss to your employee kasi you don't know what they are doing and feeling everyday. Be friendly to them. Treat them as your family. Respect them. It doesn't mean that you are their boss you have to treat them bad. Every one of us are human and treated equal, but there we're some that are monsters and bully someone that are not on their same level.

Respect each other so can earn respect too.
